Even though it was not an ideal day for Rishabh Pant the captain of Delhi Capital, it was certainly a day that Rishabh Pant the batsman would never forget as marched past Virendra Sehwag to become the highest run-getter for the Delhi franchise.

Pant scored a slow 39 off 36 balls, which was just not enough to take his team over the line and they ended up posting just 127 runs in their 20 overs. This was never the type of score that would have troubled any team, let alone KKR, who is coming off a great stint with the bat.
