MS Dhoni promises to play his last game at Chepauk before retirement

MS Dhoni gave an important update about his future in the IPL and hoping that he returns back to Chepauk to play his final match for the Chennai Super Kings.

India cricket team mentor MS Dhoni has given a massive update on his future as a Chennai Super Kings player and hopes to return back to India where he could certainly have his last game in Chepauk, where a lot of fans will cheer and roar for their hero. Few days, MS Dhoni, Shardul Thakur, and Imran Tahir were seen interacting with their favorite fans on Chennai’s official YouTube page. There was a big source of excitement seen in the fans as they got a chance to talk to their captain as well. MS Dhoni will certainly be missed by the entire cricket fraternity.

Dhoni was also questioned by one of his fans about the reason for choosing August 15 to announce his retirement from international cricket. The fan also expressed her disappointment for not being able to attend the wicketkeeper-batsman farewell game. In this, he replied in a live session on CSK’s Youtube page, “It can’t be a better day than that 15th August. You will still get that opportunity to bid me farewell. Hopefully, we’ll come to Chennai and will play my last game over there and I can meet all my fans.”

The 40-year-old legend has managed to put CSK to victory as a three-time IPL champion way back in the year 2010, 2011, and 2018. His sharp skills and flying sixes keeps their fan in joy and excitement. After finishing 7th in last year’s Indian Premier League, this time they have successfully managed to qualify for the playoffs alongside Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Dhoni will certainly have an eye on becoming a 4-time IPL champion this year.
