The 10th Match of IPL was scheduled between MI facing RCB. Mumbai Indians won the toss and opted to field first and therefore Royal Challengers Bangalore scored 201 runs at the loss of 3 wickets.

The openers for Royal Challengers Bangalore were Devdutt Padikkal and Aaron Finch, but RCB lost their first wicket of Finch and he scored the first half-century for the team in this match and completed 52 runs in 35 balls. Devdutt Padikkal also managed to score 54 runs in 40 balls and this was the second RCB’s half-century.

RCB’s skipper Virat Kohli came on to the lineup of no 3 and yet again he was able to score 3 runs in 11 balls, and the Skipper lost his 2nd wicket of RCB to Rahul Chahar of Mumbai Indians. RCB’s 3rd half-century show was put up by AB de Villiers as he scored 55 runs in 24 balls. The South African Cricketer managed to smash 4 sixes and 4 fours. With building, a partnership at the end of the match along with Shivam Dubey too as he performed brilliantly scoring in 27 runs in 10 balls and he hits 3 maximums.

On the other hand, there was a good bowling display by Mumbai Indians Kieron Pollard as he bowled his 1 over and gave away 13 runs. Trent Boult who bowled his 4 overs and picked out 2 wickets followed by Rahul Chahah who bowled his 4 overs too and picked out 1 wicket for the team. James Pattinson was the most expensive bowler as he gave out  51 runs in his 4 overs.
