The massive score accumulation was done by Sanju Samson, as he managed to score 85 runs in 42 balls and he smashed 7 huge sixes but Rajasthan Royals lost their 3rd wicket of Samson. However youngster Rahul Tewatia somehow managed to twist the losing game towards the Royals as he smashed 5 sixes in one over. Tewatia managed to score a total of 53 runs in 31 balls.
On the other hand Kings XI Punjab’s bowling squad displayed a satisfactory bowling display. James Neesham bowled his 4 overs scalping 1 wicket for the team. Mohammed Shami, Sheldon Cottrell each scalping 3 and 1wickets. But both Cottrell and Shami were the most expensive of them all as they gave away 52 and 53 runs each.
