
The former Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli scored another century of his career on Sunday, May 21 when the team were against Gujarat Titans in Bengaluru at Chinnaswamy Stadium. Virat Kohli in the first innings scored a magnificent 101 runs to get RCB score to 197 runs in the first 20 overs.
This was Virat Kohli’s second century of the season and not only the second but also came in two consecutive matches. By scoring a consecutive century in IPL, he achieved another milestone and joined two other players in this incredible list.
Shikhar Dhawan was the first batter in IPL achieve this feat of scoring consecutive IPL centuries. He did this in 2018 when he used to play for SRH. In 2022, this milestone was achieved by Jos Buttler and now with his 7th century of the IPL, Virat Kohli has achieved this feat.
