The last spot for playoffs is still empty as RCB and CSK are the only two contenders for the place. Today the teams are against each other in the Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru to play their last league games and also this will decide whether they go out of the competition of remain in it.
CSK just need a victory but RCB need more than that, as the red-colored Jerseys have to up their net-run-rate as well. Chennai Super Kings are currently sitting at 3rd and would want to go to top 2 as victory in their last league game can take them to Rajasthan’s place and they will get two chances of securing a final spot.
On the other hand, RCB are in amazing run and would want to continue this further to secure the spot in the playoffs. They had just 1% percent chances of making it to top 4 after 6 games in the season. They’ve come a long way.
