Chennai Super Kings are battling out against Rajasthan Royals today in the first game of Sunday’s double header. The game will begin at 7:30 pm (IST) at Chepauk Stadium, Chennai. The game is important for both the teams but very important one for CSK as they need that 2 points on the table to be in the top 4 race.
CSK are currently at 12 points in 12 games and still need 4 more points to secure the spot in the playoffs. However the path looks difficult as Delhi Capitals, Lucknow Super Giants, and Sunrisers Hyderabad are all in the huddle.
Rajasthan, on the other side, are on 16 points and just need a victory to etch ‘Q’ in front of their name. Kolkata Knight Riders became the first team to qualify for the playoffs in IPL 2024 after their victory over Mumbai Indians last night. Rajasthan could be the second one today.
