IPL 2023: Virat Kohli records the joint-most century in the competition

Virat Kohli scored his 6th century of the IPL against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Thursday.

Royal challengers Bangalore won against Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets and it was a huge one for Faf and company as they are trying hard to qualify for the playoffs. A win in this game means RCB is now on 14 points with one game to go.

Royal challengers Bangalore’s star batter Virat Kohli scored his 6th century of the IPL competition on Thursday in this game against Sunrisers Hyderabad. This was a marvellous innings from the former Indian cricket team captain. Virat Kohli showed his class again as he was exceptional throughout his innings during the chase.

Virat Kohli and Faf du plessis made a superb partnership of 172 runs for the first wicket which helped RCB to get this victory in the important game. Virat Kohli with his 6th century in IPL is now has the joint-most century in the tournament along with Chris Gayle who also has 6, 5 for RCB and 1 for Punjab Kings.

Virat Kohli will surely be trying hard to get his team the qualification for playoffs in this year’s IPL.
