Royal Challengers Bangalore won the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets in the IPL 2023 to remain in the top 4 race. Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals are already out of the top 4 race in the season, and thus this defeat will not affect the host.
It was a brilliant performance from RCB especially batting as they didn’t lose a single wicket in the game till 172 runs. It was a proper chase from the Reds and their star player Virat Kohli who scored a fabulous century in the game.
Virat Kohli completed his 6th century of the IPL tournament and this was his first in the season. There were not just one century scored in this game as Henrich Klassen also scored his first IPL century today. RCB will need to win their last game to qualify for the playoffs which is against Gujarat Titans.
