Titans had set a target of 178 runs, but Royals, thanks to Shimron Hetmyer’s 56 off 26 and captain Sanju Samson’s 32-ball 60, were able to reach the target with four deliveries remaining. In the earlier match of the day, Mumbai Indians moved up to eighth place with a five-wicket win over Kolkata Knight Riders.
