IPL 2022: Mohammed Siraj receives online hate after ‘Qualifier 2’ loss against Rajasthan Royals

Mohammed Siraj has suffered abuse on social media following RCB’S loss against RR in the Qualifier 2.

RCB pacer Mohammed Siraj had a devastating  night against Rajasthan Roylas (RR) on Friday (May 27) as he conceded 31 runs in his first two overs. His opening spell allowed the RR openers to settle down early and take the game away from the Bengaluru-based franchise.
The right-arm fast-bowler was one of the three players retained by the franchise ahead of this year’s mega auction, but the 28-year-old had a disastrous 2022 season in which he was only able to take nine wickets in 15 matches and conceded more than 10 runs per over.
After RCB’s failure to make it to the final once again, fans on social media targeted the fast-bowler and held him responsible for RCB’s flop show.

The 28-year-old bowler from Hyderabad has been a amazing for RCB since he joined the franchise. He was also selected to represent Team India in Australia last year.

In the match against RR, the RCB’s bowlers failed to control opening batter Buttler as he remained on crease and scored a brilliant 106 runs from 60 balls which consists of 10 fours and five sixes to take his team to the finals of IPL 2022.
