Gujarat Titans’ skipper Hardik Pandya lost his bat while he was at the crease against Royal Challengers Bangalore at Wankhede Stadium on Thursday. After Wriddhiman Saha got run-out by an amazing fielding effort from skipper Faf du Plessis, David Miller then came to bat to help Hardik Pandya and the team to reach a good total.
In the 10th over, when Hardik Pandya was at the crease against Glenn Maxwell, he tried to slog the ball very hard in the deep midwicket region but instead of the ball, Hardik Pandya’s bat flew away and it went very far. Hardik Pandya smiled looking at the bowler and his wife who was in the stands of Wankhede Stadium was seen laughing at this incident.
Gujarat Titans lost three early wickets in the game, but skipper Hardik Pandya stabled the innings. It will be interesting to see how can RCB get rid of him in this must-win game.
