In the 62nd match of the IPL 2022, the Chennai Super Kings take on the Gujarat Titans at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

During the match, both sides’ men are seen wearing black armbands in honour of Australian star Andrew Symonds, who sadly passed away last night in a car accident.

The two-time World Cup champion, who’d been survived by his wife and two children, died at the age of 46, shocking the cricketing world.

He was one of the most talented all-rounders the Australian squad had ever seen. During his career, he was a crucial player for the squad in every aspect and taken a toll on the ground with his striking abilities.

Back to the game, the Titans are on a winning streak and are playing with the same lineup in hopes of a similar victory.

The reigning champions have already been eliminated from the playoff race, while the newcomers have already qualified for the playoffs after winning nine games and collecting 18 points to take the lead.
