Rohit Sharma was batting on 47 runs in 31 balls and helping his side cruise in the run chase as Mumbai was 90 runs at the loss of a single wicket during the 11th over. Suryakumar Yadav was getting into his innings as well, having scored 19 runs in 20 balls. A misunderstanding between the two batsmen meant that Rohit Sharma hit a shot off Ashwin’s bowling and scampered for single, for which Suryakumar was not ready and had to sacrifice his wicket for his captain as Rohit had already made his way to the non-striker end.
