“I want intensity in practice sessions”: RCB captain Virat Kohli tells team

Virat Kohli addressed his team and told them that he wants intensity in practice sessions even if they have to reduce the workload.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore have started training and are eyeing the IPL trophy this season. They have not won a single season as of yet. The skipper has given the whole team a strong message on “intensity” during training. He told his team that they can reduce the workload while training but the intensity cannot be compromised.

“If we feel like that the workload is being high initially, we can communicate; but I want quality when we do lesser work. I don’t want guys running for 2-2.5 hours and then feeling tired. Let us reduce the workload but let’s do it efficiently. I want to see the intensity in our practice sessions” Virat Kohli was seen addressing his team in a video posted by RCB’s official twitter account.
