Sunrisers Hyderabad defeat the Delhi Capitals by 88 runs in match 47 of the Dream11 IPL 2020 at Dubai.
DC went into the second innings having to chase a huge total of 220 runs in 20 overs set by SRH. Capitals got the chase wrong from the very start, losing early wickets at quick intervals. Rishabh pant(36 runs in 35 balls) was the only batsman in their lineup to score more than 30 runs in the match, which depicts their dismal performance tonight.
SRH bowling lineup had a sublime day at the office and were fantastic in the field. Rashid was oozing his class all over the field as he picked up 3 wickets and conceded just 7 runs in his 4 overs. Fast-bowlers Natarajan and Sandeep picked up a couple of wickets each, followed by a wicket each for Vijay Shankar, Shahbaz Nadeem and Jason Holder.
Delhi Capitals who looked set for a top of the table finish with their class early on in the tournament, now find themselves in danger of losing out their place in the playoffs if they do not rectify their performances in the final 2 games.
