Delhi Capitals lost 3 wickets in the powerplay as Shikhar Dhawan fell early followed by the wicket of Prithvi Shaw and Shreyas Iyer after a decent partnership between them. Marcus Stoinis and Shimron Hetmyer played important innings with the bat scoring 39 runs and 45 runs respectively. Axar Patel played a late cameo of 17 runs in just 8 balls to take DC’s total past the 180 mark.
Jofra was spectacular with the ball once again for RR as he picked up 3 wickets and conceding just 24 runs in his 4 overs. Kartik Tyagi and AJ Tye picked up a wicket each as well followed by a great effort from Rahul Tewatia picking up a wicket and conceding just 20 runs in his 4 overs.
Rajasthan Royals will be confident of chasing down the total as Sharjah is a high scoring ground and they have some great batsmen in their lineup.
