Mumbai Indians have won match 48 of the Dream11 IPL 2020 against the Royal Challengers Bangalore by 5 wickets, in a top of the table clash this season.
Mumbai Indians went into the chase requiring 165 runs in 20 overs. They got off to a decent start, however ended up losing 4 wickets at regular intervals after that. Nonetheless, Suryakumar Yadav remained at the crease for MI and with a composed innings took his side home with 5 balls to spare. He scored 79 runs in just 43 balls and his innings was one of the best in this tournament, so far.

RCB bowlers had a decent day at the office, before their wheels came off towards the end. Mohammad Siraj and Yuzvendra Chahal picked up 2 wickets each for their side keeping them in the game. Chris Morris picked a single wicket of the Hardik Pandya in the 19th over of the innings.
Mumbai have now got 16 points on the table and just require to win one out of their remaining two games this season to qualify for the playoffs. A win in either of their last 2 games would also be enough to see them remain in the top 2 spots.
