DREAM11 IPL 2020 KXIP vs RCB: After opting to bat first RCB lost 6 wickets and scored 171 runs for KXIP to chase

Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and decided to bat first. With what looked like a good start, the openers were sent back to the dugout sooner than RCB would have wanted. Skipper Virat Kohli rotate the strike and helped keep the momentum going. To everybody’s surprise, AB de Villiers who performed phenomenally in the last match did not come to bat in his usual position. After coming 6 down he went back cheaply at just 2 runs.

Murugan Ashwin who is playing for KXIP after a long time performed exceptionally well as he picked wickets at crucial times. Glenn Maxwell also bowled a full spell of 4 overs and proved to be economical for the side. Virat Kohli scored 48 runs before he was dismissed off a delivery by Mohammad Shami. Shami picked up both AB de Villiers and Kohli’s wicket in the same over which helped KXIP to restrict the Challengers. Quick hits by Morris and Udana in the final over helped RCB reach a big score. After the first inning RCB scored 171 runs and lost 6 wickets.
