After a sensational performance from Nitish Rana and Suni Narine, KKR set a score of 195 for DC to chase. Dc has been in great form this season but the score looked difficult to be chased down on the pitch. Cummins was successful in sending both the openers back to the camp without scoring decent runs. Varun Chakravarti was the star bowler for KKR as he picked 5 wickets of important players including skipper Shreyas Iyer. he was very economical as he took the wickets in mere 3 overs and gave 12 runs. He is now the first bowler in IPL 2020 to take a 5 wicket haul and also has the best bowling figures in this tournament so far. Kolkata Knight Riders defeated DC by 59 runs which takes them closer to qualify.
