DREAM11 IPL 2020 CSK vs SRH: After choosing to bat first CSK put 167 runs on board for SRH to chase

Chennai Super Kings won the toss and opted to first. This was the first time CSK batted first in IPL 2020. Batting was opened by Faf du Plessis and Sam Curran who usually walks after 3 or 4 wickets are down. After a surprise from CSK with the changed batting line up, SRH was given a breakthrough by Sandeep Sharma. The pacer proved to be very economical in the power play and also sent back the openers early. Sam Curran who opened for the first time for CSK scored 30 runs.

After what looked like a slow start, Rayudu and Watson hit quick boundaries to accelerate the run rate for CSK. Both of the batsmen were dismissed after scoring a few runs less than 50. SRH took quick wickets in the end to restrict CSK batsman from playing explosive shots in the end. Jadeja helped the team reach 167 runs at the end of 20 overs.
