Dream11 IPL 2020 CSK vs KKR: Match build-up, injury updates and predicted lineups

Kolkata Knight Riders face off against the Chennai Super Kings in match 49 of the Dream11 IPL 2020 at Dubai for today’s clash.

It has been a fairly inconsistent season for KKR so far in the tournament. While they have shown glimpses of their best in their 6 victories uptil now, they have also produced some dismal performances in their 6 losses this season and have a fairly poor net run-rate on the points table. The form of last season’s MVP in Andre Russel has also been a contributing factor to their inconsistency, with the big Jamaican not being in great form and out with injury for the last few games. Shubman Gill however, has been the brightest spark for Knight Riders this season with the youngster having scored 378 runs so far this tournament.

However, amidst all that has been wrong for them a couple of young guns have given a glimmer of hope to CSK fans for future seasons. Sam Curran of England has been outstanding for Chennai so far with both the bat and the ball. Ruturaj Gaikwad played a match winning knock as well in the last game and scored his maiden IPL half-century.
