David Warner posts an emotional message for fans after being excluded from Starting XI against Mumbai Indians

David Warner posts saying goodbye to his fans after being left out of the squad for their last game of the season.

Australian veteran opener, David Warner has left Sun Risers Hyderabad after being out of the starting lineup in their final game of IPL 2021 against Mumbai Indian.

Ever since the slow start of SRH in IPL 2021, Warner has been through very harsh treatment with SRH management, at first he was stripped of his captaincy to Kane Williamson during the 1st leg of IPL and was named skipper of the side for the remainder of the IPL 2021 ahead of their 7th game. As he left he posts an emotional message for his SRH fans.

SRH has already been eliminated from playoffs contention due to a drastic run of only winning 3 out of their 13 games in the season. After not being a part of the starting 11 in their last game, SRH plans for IPL2022 auctions and is only allowed to have just one overseas player. It will be interesting to see if they bring their star batsmen David Warner back.

SunRisers Hyderabad has only won just 1 IPL title back in 2016, in which Warner was the captain and broke numerous records. He is the 5th highest run-scorer in the league history with 5449 runs and has the 3rd highest boundaries in IPL history.
