
Sussex Cricket on Thursday confirmed Indian batsman Cheteshwar Pujara for the Country Championship and Royal London One Day Cup tournament. Pujara has encompassed as an alternate for Australian batsman Travis Head.

Cheteshwar Pujara, who has played county cricket before, will be seen playing for Sussex this year. This season of county cricket is to start from 7th April. The Sussex have encompassed Pujara as an overseas player in spot of Australian batsman Travis Head.
For a long time, Pujara’s bat has been speechless for the Indian Test squad, so his participation in county cricket comes to be relatively crucial.
Pujara could not do anything important in the previously played Ranji Trophy. Pujara scored 2 half-centuries in 5 innings of 3 games for Saurashtra.
