Indian cricket team has bowled out Sri Lankan batting line-up for just 174 runs on day 3. One of the best all-rounders in the world right now, Ravindra Jadeja has done it again with his bat as well as the ball. In India’s first innings, he scored 175 runs and remained not out after India declare their innings at 574/8 on day 2. The all-rounder also took 5 wickets in this Test match against Sri Lanka which help India dismiss the visitors for just 174 runs. At the start of day 3, Sri Lanka was looking very comfortable as both the batters named Pathum Nissanka and Charith Asalanka who came out to bat had a great half an hour.
At 161, Sri Lanka lost their first wicket of the day when Jasprit Bumrah dismissed Charith Asalanka for 29 runs. It was the moment when the downfall of the Sri Lankan batting line-up started as the visitors kept on losing wickets at regular intervals. After half of the Sri Lankan team was back to the pavilion at 161 runs, they could only add up 13 runs after that and were bowled out by Indian bowlers.

Ravindra Jadeja who took a single wicket on day 2, took 4 on the following day. He is no doubt one of the best all-rounders in the world. This is the first time in 49 years that a player has scored more than 150 runs and also took a fifer in the same match in Test cricket. Ravindra Jadeja is really enjoying his time in cricket these days. With this, Sri Lanka is been trailing by 400 runs and they are invited to bat again by the Indian team.
