IND vs AUS Live: Ravindra Jadeja aims for another fiver after sending back Steve Smith; takes 4 wickets

Ravindra Jadeja looks in top form as he grabs his fourth wicket successfully. Giving the Australia’s Kuhnemann a tough competition, Jadeja aims for another five-wicket haul.

Earlier, Australia started off with Travis Head and Usman Khawaja. Travis had a poor start for the third Test whereas Jadeja seemed to continue his dominating performance. Usman Khawaja on the other hand survived the session blow and continued to bat with Marnus Labuschagne. With less than 15 overs remaining for the day, Australia lost their star performer Usman Khawaja and once again Jadeja’s shining delivery made it possible, sending Usman Khawaja after his tough knock of 60 runs off 147 balls.

In the first Innings, India was all out for just 109 runs. With six wickets, Matthew Paul Kuhnemann continued dismantling India’s batting lineup. Immediately after post-lunch, Kuhnemann dismissed R Ashwin for just three runs and Umesh Yadav for just 17 runs. It was a comfortable start for the Aussies in the 2nd session of day 1 of the third test game. They lost only one wicket and were trailing by just 71 runs until the tenth over.
