Hardik Pandya, who recently won the IPL 2022 title remained absent from the net practice alongside Yuzvendra Chahal. Their absence remains unexplained but Arshdeep Singh pulled up his full throttle in the net practice on Monday. Ahead of the first T20I game against visitor South Africa. During the net practice, the likes of Ruturaj Gaikwad, KL Rahul, Dinesh Karthik, Arshdeep Singh, Shreyas Iyer, Ishan Kishan, Rishabh Pant, Deepak Hooda, Avesh Khan, and Umran Malik.
Umran Malik bowled against the likes of Ishan Kishan, Rishabh Pant, and Shreyas Iyer. Impressive bowling by Avesh Khan, and Arshdeep Singh set the tone for the Indian team’s first net session after two month-long IPL season. Arshdeep’s accuracy was far from playable. His unbeaten talent is nearing the debut for the player and he is expected to be a part of the playing XI in the first T20I.
