The Indian cricket team won the toss and chose to bat first in the first Test against Bangladesh. The game is being played at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. The Indian cricket team is in trouble as the top three batters are already back in to pavilion.
Indian cricket team’s captain KL Rahul has departed for 22 runs and not only him but his opening partner Shubman Gill is also dismissed. Shubman Gill scored just 20 runs in the first innings. KL Rahul was looking in good touch since the start but a good delivery by Bangladesh’s pacer Khalel Ahmed left him with no option but to go back to the pavilion.
Former Indian captain Virat Kohli also got out early. Taijul Islam dismissed Virat for just 1 run. Virat Kohli has amazing stats against Bangladesh but he couldn’t score more today. India are currently 56/3 and seems in a bit of trouble as they lost three wickets in the first session itself.
