Indian veteran and one of the legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar stated Rishabh Pant’s absence was a solvable issue after he remarked “it’s not the end of the world” in not having a left-handed batsman.
When asked about Rishabh Pant’s current injury status which could impact his inclusion in the playing XI for the initial game against Pakistan, Sachin responded that the team has a good right-handed batting unit and not having a left-handed batsman will work fine as it is not “the end of the world”
“Well, having a left-hander surely does help but it can’t be an end in itself. If we don’t have a left-handed batter right now, it is not the end of the world. We have got very good high quality right-handed batsmen. The combination is working for us. That’s the reason I said we have the strongest batting lineup,” said Sachin Tendulkar in a recent interview.
