Gautam Gambhir opens up on the alleged rift between him and MS Dhoni

Gautam Gambhir answered some questions regarding his relationship with the former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni.

Gautam Gambhir is the mentor of the new franchise of the Indian Premier League named Lucknow Super Giants. The captain of the team is KL Rahul after the Indian opener wasn’t retained by Punjab Kings. Gautam Gambhir is pretty popular in giving opinions and as an ex-cricketer and expert, he always talk about Indian cricket and the improvements that can be made in the team, and so on.

Gautam Gambhir was been asked about his relationship with the former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni ahead of the Indian Premier League’s 15th season via ‘Over and Out’ (a video posted on YouTube) with Jatin Sapru. Jatin Sapru has this YouTube channel where he conduct this show named ‘Over and Out’ and Gambhir was a part of it on Friday. He told that he has a lot of respect for the former captain of Indian team (MS Dhoni) and also feels that he has done a lot for the Indian cricket team.

“I have so much of mutual respect for him and it’ll always remain. I hope he’s never in need, but if ever in need in life, I’ll be the first one standing next to him because of what he’s done for Indian cricket, what he’s as a human being,” Gautam Gambhir said via ‘Over and Out’ (a video posted by Jatin Sapru on YouTube).

Gambhir showed a lot of respect for MS in this interaction as well and said that this respect for the former captain will always remain the same.
