Do you know who holds the record for fastest Test fifty? Read details

When it comes to the longest and the oldest format of the game a lot of the fans just predict some slow innings but one player from Pakistan proved them wrong and hit the fastest fifty in Test cricket.

In Abu Dhabi in 2014 Misbah ul Haq scored the fastest Test fifty playing just 21 balls against Australia. He reached to the milestone in 24 minutes. Misbah played the knock with an unflappable temperament and added the feather. In that game Misbah also racked up the fastest century in just 56 balls equalling the record of Sir Vivian Richards. Later in 2016 the fastest century record was broken by New Zealand’s Brandon McCullum.

Australian opener David Warner is only behind Misbah in the list. In 2017 he scored a Test match 50 in 23 balls against Pakistan.
