Diana Baig returns to Pakistan’s squad for Australia and T20 World Cup

Before playing in the T20 showcase in February in South Africa, Pakistan plays Australia in six white-ball matches (three T20I and three ODIs as part of the ICC Women’s Championship).

All of those games will once again be led by seasoned leader Bismah Maroof, and both 15-player squads include in-form batter Sidra Ameen, who was recently named the ICC Women’s Player of the Month for November.

Due to a shoulder injury, Baig was unable to play in Pakistan’s most recent set of white-ball matches against Ireland. However, the 27-year-old will be available for the pivotal upcoming matches.
