The tour will get underway with the Boxing day Test at SuperSport Park in Centurion with the remaining two test matches to be played in Cape Town. All test matches of the series are part of the WTC 2023 cycle.
Both teams then will move to Paarl to play the first two ODIs on January 19 and 21 and will get back to Cape Town for the third and final match. As announced earlier, the 4-match T20I series will be rescheduled for a more opportune time in the new year. The tour has been trimmed due to the sudden outbreak of a new omicron variant in the rainbow nation.
