Trnbago Knight Riders won by 6 wickets in a match which was delayed and cut short due to the rains, St Lucia Zouks had 111 on board with 3 overs to spare the rains stopped the play and the second innings resumed with a revised target for Knight Rider of 72 runs in 54 balls.
Lendl Simmons and Tion Webster could not contribute much to the side as they were dismissed early in the second innings with Simmons going out on duck and Webster could only muster 5 runs for his side, But the middle batting order of Knight Riders ensured that they remain top of the table Darren Bravo and Colin Murno took on the task and produced the goods for their side contributing well enough to see their team over the line.
Murno was dismissed at 17 but he did his bit and captain Pollard could only contribute a mere 4 runs to his side but the wicket keeper batsmen Tim Seifert along with Dareen Bravo sealed the game for TKR with 6 wickets to spare, the Knight Riders still remain undefeated and top of the table while Zoucks who were on a run of 3 back to back win were held on by the mighty Knight Riders.
