CPL T20: Rain stopped play, SLZ managed 111/6 at the end of 17 overs

St Lucia Zoucks were 111/6 with 3 overs remaining to play in the first innings the rains put a halt to the game and covers had been on the pitch.

It looks like the rain will not be easing out and there is a lot of waters on the covers indicating that the game might cut short and limited overs will be in play with a set target all this is possible if the rain stops, The knight riders did manage to restrict the score to go beyond their reach and had a control over the proceedings, Dwayne Bravo had 2 wickets to his name making it 500 wickets in T20 cricket.

With Daren Sammy and Mohammad Nabi on the crease a lot could have changed in the dying stages of the first innings and maybe mount up a respectful target to defend in the second innings, M.Nabi has 30* while captain Sammy has 2* runs to his name so far.

DLS can come into play if the downpour of the rains is not reduced and the play is further delayed which could make things interesting as both the teams are aiming for the top spot of the CPL table with all to play for in the second innings of the game.
