Bhuvaneshwar Kumar bowls at 201 km/h; netizens question speedometer

In the opening T20I match on Sunday against India, Harry Tector played a solid, sensible innings with the bat that helped Ireland reach 108/4 in 12 overs.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar during the first T20I game at the Malahide Cricket Club in Dublin, when the bowler was seen bowling at a speed of 200+ kmph according to the speed gun. The unintentional technical glitch amazed netizens.

Bhuvaneshwar began the innings with an impressive over that included two dot balls and a wicket in the final delivery. Tector gave the Indians a fight after they got off to a strong start, taking 3 wickets for 22 runs in the powerplay. Avesh Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Hardik Pandya, and Yuzvendra Chahal all took up a wicket.

Umran Malik‘s maiden international cricket over wasn’t the best one as he gave up 18 runs. Harry Tector was prepared for the young pace sensation’s attempt to assault the stumps, smashing him for a mid-on boundary and then pulling him over deep mid-wicket for a maximum.

India has made a great start in its 109-run total chase despite losing the wicket of Ishan Kishan, who dominated Ireland’s bowlers during the powerplay. Alongside Deepak Hooda, Ishan and had started the Indian batting order.

After winning the toss, the captain of Team India, Hardik Pandya, decided to bowl against Ireland in Dublin. Suryakumar Yadav, a maverick hitter, also made a comeback after recuperating from an injury. Sanju Samson and Rahul Tripathi were passed over for Deepak Hooda’s spot in the starting XI.

Umran Malik, young pacer, was given his first cap for the series opening game. In the game’s shortest format, he became the 98th player to represent India. Umran had the opportunity to impress for the Men in Blue on foreign territory but he failed.
