BCCI shares second medical update of Rishabh Pant

BCCI officials share second medical update to it’s fans and have stated that Rishabh Pant will be airlifted to Mumbai for further recovery.

Rishabh Pant, the wicketkeeper for India, has been transferred to Mumbai, and all necessary arrangements have been made by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. Rishabh, who was injured in a car accident on December 30 and is currently receiving medical care at Max Hospital in Dehradun, will be flown to Mumbai in an air ambulance.

Rishabh Pant, the wicketkeeper for India, was involved in a car accident early on Friday near Roorkee, Uttarakhand. He was treated for impact injuries at Saksham Hospital Multispecialty and Trauma Center after being admitted.

Rishabh’s injuries include two cuts on his forehead, a ligament tear in his right knee, as well as injuries to his right wrist, ankle, and toe. His back also has abrasions. Rishabh’s condition is stable, and he has now been transferred to the Max Hospital in Dehradun where he will have an MRI to determine the full extent of his injuries and determine the next steps in his care.
