The inaugural U19 WC has been won by Women in Blue. They won the World Cup by defeating England by seven wickets. Team India crossed the finish line thanks to Soumya Tiwari and Gongadi Trisha. Shafali Verma left early for India after getting off to a quick start. Soon after, Shweta Sehrawat followed her captain. Gongadi Trisha was the final Indian player to lose the wicket just before victory. India, who bowled first, reduced the English team to just 68 runs in 17.1 overs.

Shafali Verma, a young captain, successfully guided her team to victory in the inaugural ICC U19 Women’s World Cup. The entire cricketing community has heaped praise on the India Eves for their legendary victory. The team and staff will receive a prize worth 5 crores, according to BCCI Secretary Jay Shah.
