BCCI revised schedule for the upcoming India vs Sri Lanka series

Lucknow will now be hosting the first T20I match, whereas the other two will be hosted in Dharamshala.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announces an updated schedule for the upcoming Paytm India vs Sri Lanka series.

First, India and Sri Lanka will play the three-match T20I series, followed by the two-match Test series, which will also be a part of the ICC World Test Championship, 2021-23.

Lucknow will now be hosting the first T20I match, whereas the other two will be hosted in Dharamshala. Regarding the Test series, the first match will now be held in Mohali from March 4th to 8th and the second match will be played in Bengaluru from March 12th to 16th.

According to the prior schedule, the two-match Test series would have been held in Bengaluru and the first match of T20I in Mohali, following the last two T20Is matches in Dharamshala and Lucknow.

Revised Schedules

India vs Sri Lanka, 1st T20I – 24th February, Lucknow

India vs Sri Lanka, 2nd T20I – 26th February, Dharamshala

India vs Sri Lanka, 3rd T20I – 27th February, Dharamshala.

India vs Sri Lanka, 1st Test – 4th-8th March, Mohali.

India vs Sri Lanka, 2nd Test (D/N) – 12th-16th March, Bengaluru.

Tomorrow, India will start its three-match T20 series against West Indies from 7 pm at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
