Melbourne Stars will be missing the services of their key leg spinner, Adam Zampa for one game after he was found guilty of breaching the Australian code of conduct.
The leggie from NSW had admitted to the charges of audible obscenity and will be suspended for the next game of Stars against Hurricanes.
The instance happened during the 19th game of season between Melbourne Stars and Sydney Thunders. Stars suffered a huge loss in this match as they were defeated by 75 runs. Zampa was the top performer for the Stars in bowling as he picked 3 wickets in his spell. Losing Zampa for one game could be disastrous for the Stars after such huge loss in the previous game. The Stars will play Hobart Hurricanes in their next match which will be played on 2nd January.
