England cricket team posted a mammoth total of 506 runs on the very first day of the 1st Test match against Pakistan. The English side was on another level against Pakistan. It was more like a T20 game rather than a Test game. England posted this huge total on the opening day of the Test match for the first time.
English openers Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett gave a sensational start to the team. Both the openers scored centuries in the first session itself. Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett were batting on another level. They started well before the Pakistani pacer Zahid Mahmood dismissed Ben Duckett in the 36th over. ‘Bazball’ was trending on Twitter after this wonderful first innings from the English side so far.

England scored 174 runs in the first session of the game, 158 in the second, and 174 again in the third and last session. Not only this but 4 batters got their century on the very first day. Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, and Harry Brook scored centuries. Only former captain Joe Root missed out on his century in the first innings. Pakistani bowlers will look out for some early wickets on day 2 to restrict England as soon as possible.
