Bangladesh to have a new skipper against New Zealand in the T20 & ODI series

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced Najmul Hossain Shanto as the newly assigned captain for the T20I and ODI series in New Zealand. Meanwhile, Mehidy Hasan Miraz is assigned as the deputy for both formats of the game. Unfortunately, Bangladesh star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and Taskin Ahmed will miss the Test series against New Zealand amid their injuries. Litton Das will be seen in action after completing his paternity leave break.

Bangladesh’s tour to New Zealand will include three ODI matches followed by three T20Is starting on December 17.
