BAN v IND Live: India end last session on a good note; take 6 wickets on day 4

Day 4 is ended and India need just 4 wickets to win the game against Bangladesh.

Bangladesh needs 241 runs on the last day of the First Test match against India to win. However, it seems difficult as they have lost 6 wickets. Day 4 was very mixed up as Indian bowlers were finding it very difficult to send the Bangladeshis opener back to the pavilion. The opener had the second-best 4th innings opening partnership for Bangladesh of 124 runs. The first one came in 2005 (133 runs).

This was Bangladesh’s first-ever 100-run opening partnership against India. After the first wicket from Umesh Yadav of Shanto, Bangladeshi players got a bit shattered and thus the wickets kept falling at regular intervals.
