2011 World Cup champion Yuvraj Singh made a controversial statement where he stated that Indian spinner R Ashwin doesn’t belong to the ODIs and T20Is.
“He is very good with the ball. But okay hat does he bring with the bat? Or as a fielder?. He should be there in the Test team,” Yuvi stated.
Ashwin played only one match in the ODI World Cup 2023 having just one wicket with the ball.
