BCCI chief Sourav Ganguly goes through successful angioplasty

On Thursday, the chief the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), undergoes a successful angioplasty at the Woodlands hospital in Kolkata, where doctors inserted two more stents.

Mamata Banerjee, chief minister of West Bengal was also present at the hospital to check on Ganguly’s health. On Wednesday Ganguly was taken to the Apollo Gleneagles hospital in Kolkata for cardiac check up after he complained about chest pain.

In media bulletin, the doctors at the hospital revealed that all his vital parameters were stable.

Earlier Apollo hospital said that, “48 years old, Sourav Ganguly, male has come for check up of his cardiac situation, there is no change in his parameters since his last hospitalisation and his vital parameters are stable.”
