The Ashes 2025–2026 series between Australia and England is set to begin on November 21, 2025, marking the return of one of cricket’s most iconic rivalries. The five-match Test series will be played across Australia, with fixtures scheduled at Perth Stadium, The Gabba, Adelaide Oval, MCG and SCG. The opening Test at The Gabba will be a day-night match played with a pink ball.
This edition of the Ashes also forms part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025–2027 cycle, where Australia currently sits at the top of the points table and England is placed sixth.
