Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and his wife Devisha Yadav have acquired two luxurious residential apartments in Godrej Sky Terraces, located in Deonar, Mumbai, for a combined value of ₹21.11 crore, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was officially registered in March 2025, according to details available on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website.
Situated in eastern Mumbai, Deonar is a well-connected locality close to Chembur and is accessible via the Harbour Line, Mumbai Monorail, and major roads like the Eastern Express Highway and Sion-Panvel Expressway. The area has seen increased traction in recent years owing to rising luxury housing demand.
The high-end apartments purchased by the couple are located in Godrej Sky Terraces, a premium residential development by Godrej Properties that spans 1.05 acres and offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK units. As per RERA filings and Square Yards’ review of IGR data, the cricketer has purchased two apartments on consecutive floors, with a total carpet area of 392.36 sq. m. (approx. 4,222.76 sq. ft.) and a total built-up area of 424.46 sq. m. (approx. 4,568 sq. ft.). The deal also includes six designated car parking spaces.
The purchase involved a stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
Square Yards Data Intelligence reports that Godrej Sky Terraces has recorded 25 sale registrations amounting to ₹202 crore in transaction value between March 2024 and February 2025, with the average property price at ₹52,433 per sq. ft.
