DLF Ltd is set to launch The Dahlias, India’s most expensive residential project, located on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. Spread over 17 acres, the project will feature 400 luxury residences with a starting price of ₹80,000 per square foot. The apartments will range from 9,500 to 16,000 square feet, with an expected average sale price of around ₹100 crore.
The project has a projected revenue potential of ₹34,000 crore, making it 2.5 times larger than DLF’s other luxury project, The Camellias. The Dahlias will also include a two-million-square-foot clubhouse.
