Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a License Agreement for a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel, in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, and is expected to open in FY 2027.
The new Lemon Tree Hotel in Udaipur will feature 54 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a meeting room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The property is strategically located, approximately 18 km from Maharana Pratap Airport and 9 km from Udaipur City Railway Station, making it easily accessible for travelers.
Udaipur, known for its rich history, scenic beauty, and cultural heritage, is a popular tourist destination. This new property will complement Lemon Tree’s existing three operational hotels in the city, bringing the total to nine properties in Rajasthan, with five more upcoming.
