
Amid the deteriorating pandemic situation in the country and the shortage of oxygen supply being faced by several states, Bram Health-care Pvt Ltd and Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre, on Friday, knocked on the doors of the Delhi High Court complaining about the shortage of oxygen supply.
Bram Health Care appeals to the Delhi HC to procure 125-150 oxygen cylinders.
The Delhi High Court orders the Delhi government to include more nodal officers in order to procure unhindered oxygen supply during this critical time.

Well, Delhi government counsel Rahul Mehra earlier said that things are moving in the right direction. Though, it will take some time for things to be on the track. We must give time to the center and railway for it.
In addition to this, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the court about the meeting of PM with various CM’s. SG tells the HC that Prime Minister Modi has instructed every state not to impede the free supply of oxygen. Additionally, every state gave it the nod not to hinder the free flow of oxygen.
SG Tushar Mehta also added that the center has a control room that holds interactions with the nodal officers of the state. The center has also decided to involve a few more officers to the nodal officers. Mehta also suggests the petitioner move to Delhi nodal officer first.
In this regard, along with the Delhi government, the Delhi HC also issues notice to the center.
Although, the condition is getting nefarious in the country. India records a total number of 16.3 million cases.
